True Personal Fitness Training

My workouts are designed to help you reach your goals and your full physical potential. I use a progressive approach to reestablish movement and control. Then develop muscular endurance, muscular strength, and power. Combined with a balanced approach to nutrition and lifestyle changes you will reach any goal you set for yourself. Workouts take place at a semi-private training studio in Scottsdale (near Scottsdale Rd and Thunderbird.

About John

John PrestonJohn has helped numerous people reach their fitness goals over the years. "I believe in a balanced approach to fitness." says John.  "Through dedication, motivation, and education, I can help you make the changes necessary in your life so you can also reach your health and fitness goals."

John earned his certification as a personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) in 1993; and he has held a certification as a  Certified Health Fitness Instructor with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) since 1995. John earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree, Kinesiology with an option in Athletic Training at California State University, Long Beach 1998.
